The Lago Vista area was initially populated by various Native American Indians including Apache and Comanche tribes. It is located on the North Shore of Lake Travis approximately 30 miles North of Austin with a low cost of living and an estimated 2021 population of just over 9000 (estimated by the US Census ~ 2021). With it's own unique set of dynamics, Lago Vista is a small town that has grown popular by incredible panoramas and it's own school district, home to an outstanding elementary, middle and highschool attracting dwellers from other parts of the city into a relaxed Lakeside surrounding.
